He won’t because the dangers of owning a Viper are greatly exaggerated.
Back when it came out it had ridiculously more HP and torque than practically anything else available. People used to driving lethargic 200HP V8 pony cars jumped into the seat of a lighter car with double the HP and continued to drive like they were driving their 89 Camaro IROC Z.
